Responsive staff and flexible to take the most of our time there. Good location and nice decoration. Well equipped in terms of appliances, even if we didn’t need to use much.

Hot water capacity not enough for 5 people taking quick showers. Shower letting water come out requiring towels to stop it, with nowhere to dry it (nor any clothes). Building renovated, but humidity and pipes smell not sorted. We went on mild weather, but house still cold (antique open chimneys).
