We loved the location of the rental. It was a beautiful little place with lots of activity around and a cute waterway and dock area. I also really loved that the rental came with the access passes to Palmetto Dunes Beach. We truly utilized that pass during our stay. I also loved the availability to bring pets. A truly beautiful place, it just needs a little LTC.

What sold me on booking this property was the beautiful bath with a window view. There was no prewarning that this was not working. In fact, it was advertised as a part of the stay. Upon arrival, we found that the tub was out of service and the water was disconnected. The window above was screwed shut. This was very disappointing. Another thing that wasn't a big deal to me, but that I felt was noteworthy, was that the winding staircase was not advertised. As someone who works with the elderly, it just struck me that if I had brought an elderly family member with me, they likely would not have been able to make it to the bedrooms. I feel this should at least be known upfront for the best knowledgeable decision. Lastly, the sliding door tracks were worn to the point that it was very challenging to open and close the doors. I would suggest some maintenance for them.
