Green Point Loft - Pool, Parking, Sea Views - Walk to Stadium & Waterfront

Here’s a polished version of your review: Candy was fantastic with communication, especially considering we booked at the last minute. The property is in an excellent location—I’d definitely recommend booking a table at GOLD Restaurant, which is less than a five-minute walk away. The V&A Waterfront is also close by and easily accessible. It was great to have a washing machine, and the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed, including plenty of kitchen utensils. The bedroom and bathroom are located on the upper level, which gives the space a nice layout. There is 24-hour security on the ground floor, so we felt very safe throughout our stay. Thank you, Candy, for your excellent communication and for providing such a comfortable place to stay. We had a wonderful visit and would happily stay here again.

Candy was amazing!! Nothing was too much trouble, she was really fast to respond and so helpful. The apartment is in a nice block and in a great location to walk the promenade, to V & A Waterfront and the stadium. The apartment is well designed and has everything that you need. It is quiet. Yet close to loads of restaurants and shops.

There is honestly nothing not to like about the apartment.

We had initially booked an apartment, but upon arrival we realized there was a small inconvenience. We contacted Candy to explain the situation, and she handled it with such professionalism and kindness. She was very apologetic, promised to inform Booking.com, and immediately offered us an alternative option. Candy shared a link to the new apartment so we could review it before deciding — and we absolutely loved it! She even went above and beyond by arranging an Uber Black (a prestigious Uber service) to take us to the new place in Clifton at no extra cost, even though the new apartment was normally more expensive. The Clifton apartment was beautiful, with stunning beach views from the balcony. The area itself is one of the best in Cape Town — peaceful, upscale, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Candy kept checking in with us to ensure we were comfortable and continued to apologize for the initial issue. One day, she even dropped off a bottle of premium wine as a thoughtful gesture. The apartment is conveniently located just by the road, making it easy to get around by public transport, Uber, or even walking. It’s about a 20-minute walk to Camps Bay, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants, clubs, and incredible sunset views over the beach. The MyCiTi bus stop is right opposite the apartment, which is part of a well-organized public transport system — just buy a MyConnect card, load it, and you’re set to go. The city centre is also only around 3 km away. Thank you so much, Candy, for your professionalism, warmth, and generosity.
