Fantastic location with great walk ability. Super clean and cute space with everything you need for a short stay.

The muffins were a nice gesture that were left for breakfast. Having a door code was great that you didn't have to keep up with a key. Full apartment if you wanted to cook but groceries in Seward are priced ridiculous.
We were on the bottom floor and someone got the room above us the 2nd night and sounded like a herd of elephants walking around late and again early morning.

a bit expensive even for Alaska actually an apartment building, not really a “hotel” a little more “rustic” than expected

Downtown location was great!
The photos of rooms was not what we got, instead of a spacious studio we had a cramped uncomfortable room although super clean
