Para empezar la comunicación con Estrella, nos ha facilitado informacion de todo lo necesario y cuando le dije que llegaría una hora antes del check in, me permitió entrar y no esperar una hora. Todo muy limpio,, el apartamento muy nuevo, la.decoración exquisita y ubicación perfecta para visitar el casco antiguo de Cáceres.
No es que no me gustara, ya sabía que había contratado un tercero y el que no tuviera ascensor no fue ningún.impedimento, se sube la maleta con tranquilidad y ya está

Alojamiento súper limpio y muy bien ubicado. La cama muy cómoda. Estrella ha sido muy amable dándonos información de todo tipo y facilidades en todo momento. Detalle de agua, café, zumo y leche que vienen genial! Apartamento muy bien equipado y muy acogedor y bonito
Por poner alguna pega..... He echado de menos un ascensor, ya que hemos ido con carrito de bebé. Pero lo podíamos dejar abajo y subíamos cómodamente.

Fantástica ubicación junto a la Plaza Mayor de Cáceres. El alojamiento muy cuidado, súper limpio y con gran variedad de detalles que hacen la estancia más agradable (espacio de lavandería, menaje de cocina bastante completo, botiquín en el baño, etc). La atención por parte de Estrella fue magnífica, atenta en todo momento a cualquier detalle o necesidad (gestión del parking, etc) facilitando y haciendo más agradable la estancia.
Nada a destacar.
