It was super clean, super modern, in a nice neighborhood with supermarket next door, the big tv had English in most of the channels and the bathroom was amazing. Also big bonus you can find parking much easier if you have a car.
It was a bit further away from the city center but on the other hand next door to the plaza De España.

Alojamiento excelente, muy cómodo y limpio, con todo lo necesario. Buena ubicación, en una calle tranquila y con poco ruido. El propietario muy atento.

The host was excellent and would reply soon to any queries. Also, he did send some of the items quickly over when it ran out. The property is furnished to good standard.
One can walk to town in 15 minutes to see the major sightseeing. Location just across the bridge and also the shops are nearby.
Better to travel in local taxi. Also, buses nearby but best to walk if you wish to enjoy Seville.
Left some suggestions to the host for small improvements as the host has recently started to let out this property.
Uber is expensive in Seville.
