Facilities were brand new, very comfortable beds, and really essential a/c. The house is on the 7th floor, so you get a very luminous apartment with a nice balcony overlooking the square. Nice bars all around for a delicious breakfast. There's a supermarket really next door.
Not enough water pressure when showering but otherwise everything was great!

Spacious apartment, just refurbished (april) with new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, all fittings. On a clear day you can see Capri. Metro close, a supermarket and 3 yummy patisseries. Very helpful owner but sad we didn't meet him.
One key so if one went out they could either not take the key or there was no power. A step in the middle of the bathroom. We put a towel across it.

I was traveling with my six-month-old daughter. The owner is very approachable and provided all the necessary amenities, including a crib. He was always available on Whatsapp if I had any questions. Very good location - less than 5 minutes to the metro station, shop, cafe and pizzeria. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. The place was clean and spacious (it was even possible to ride a stroller inside). There is an elevator.
