The property overall was nice. The access to the beach was awesome.
The condo sliding door was broken and I was not made aware of it. The property manager expected me and my family to stay in the condo without the door being fixed and securing the door with a stick. This made me and my family vey upset to know that we were being put in an unsecured condo. We were lied to about it being fixed. They told us would be Monday before maintenance could fix it. However after going back and forth with the property manager and trying to get her to see how uncomfortable we were to stay in a place with unlocked doors, someone miraculously showed up to fix the door. Never heard back from anyone to apologize or to check on us to make sure that we were ok. Terrible experience but we made the best of it since we traveled over 4 hours to celebrate my birthday. Did not like how the front desk staff lied about telling us the door was broken. Horrible experience with the staff.
