O melhor Airbnb que eu já fiquei próximo ao HC da USP e olha que já fiquei em vários! Ótimo custo benefício x quarto amplo, muito seguro, funcionários extremamente educados. Cama boa, edredon fofinho, chuveiro quente, utensílios domésticos adequados. Vou ficar sempre nele a partir de agora!!!
Única coisa que fui um pouco ruim é que estava muitooo frio e não sou acostumada, as cadeiras são de metal e eu não conseguia sentar pra lanchar rs, mas não é um problema em si…

Era sin desayuno, cerca habia de todo: panadería, bar, supermercados, a tres cuadra esta el bar Bramhas, a una cuadra el metro, a media cuadra la plaza republica, etc,

A localização. Mas a tranquilidade e o conforto oferecidos também foram excelentes.
Não tive queixas. A única coisa que faltou foi uma bucha na cozinha. Mas eu poderia ter pedido uma na recepção.

The location is wonderful and the rooms are very spacious. and clean. Even the materials don't seem to be the best quality, however it still works very well for me. Front desk was very attentive to any of my needs or questions.
Front desk is unable to collect any payments or extend stays. They seem to have no power or control over some very important processes in the hotel. Extending the same room without needing to pay an extra cleaning fee was possible, but only via an app, and only for Brazilians with a Brazilian form of payment. No one could help me and it was very inconvenient for me to have to pack everything and leave. This is terrible way to run a hotel long term
