スタッフのかたがすぐ電話を出てくれて助かりました。 寝具や家具がきれいでとても気持ちよかったです。
0歳がハイハイをしていたので、目線を下げると隅の方は清掃が行き届いておらず、くもの巣やほこりが目立ちました。 お風呂もカビが気になり、気になりました。 子供用の用品があれば、いいなと思いました。

ホストの方とのやり取りがスムーズでした。必要な物は揃っていましたし、車があれば飲食店やスーパーも近いです。
特にありません。 難しいかもしれませんが、アイロンがあれば良かったです。

とても綺麗でお部屋やお風呂も広いので小さい子供連れの家族にはとても過ごしやすいです。 なによりジブリパークから近いのがとてもありがたいです。
基本的には満足なので特にありませんが、強いて言うなら家族連れで宿泊される方々向けに洗濯物を干せる環境があるとさらに良くなるなと感じました。また、各種充電器系もあるとさらに助かります。
