This place is located .5km from the port in Guinisiliban so you can just walk there, no need to even take a tricycle.
Also seems that each unit has a kitchenette with a gas stove, hot pot, and rice cooker and plates and utensils which we did make use of for our breakfast. It's also near to the main road for getting public transportation of just walking around to the local shops.
Not a big deal and it did not affect our stay, but, the faucet in the CR didn't work and no mirror in the CR for like shaving. There was also a bit of barking dog issue which was resolved. And to enter the place the road had a huge speed bump to get over with the scooter that we rented. Could throw a little dirt there or some to smooth the entry.
