Very big, clean apartment. It was easy enough to get into the town centre, maybe a 15/20 min walk. The washing machine was very useful as well, particularly after doing the Komodo islands boat trip

The appartement itself was clean

Clean, but that is where it ends. The service is the weak point. No flexibility on check-out. Our flight left in the afternoon and a late check-out was refused outright. The only alternative offered was leaving our luggage in the apartment lobby, which turned out to be an open, unlocked, shared area with no staff present during the day. Management confirmed this in writing and advised us not to leave anything of value there. For a serviced apartment that is not acceptable luggage handling. The airport transfer they offered was IDR 150,000. Two local drivers quoted 70,000 to 80,000 for the same trip, so we arranged our own transport for two rides at the price they wanted for one. A deposit is required and is only returned after they have inspected the apartment. The shower is basic and the hot water runs out quickly. Fine if you only need a clean bed for one night. Do not count on any support beyond that.
