Could have done with fans as it was very hot

I was a bit dubious about how genuine this house was when I booked as it had no reviews but the reason is because the house is newly refurbished and only a few people had stayed before us this year. It’s comfortable, fresh, having 2 toilets is handy if you’ve got someone who doesn’t want to keep going up the stairs. The beds were comfortable but the double room is very snug. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and appliances. Overall very good value for money as it was cheaper than hotels.

The kitchen could do with a bit more storage space for food as there’s so much ability to cook food but not a a lot of space to store long life food. Some shelves or a cabinet on the empty wall would make a huge difference. It was difficult to find but that seems to be down to booking.com not sending out the instructions, we found it on the street behind some iron gates. On street parking is only 1hr but the car park opposite Lidl is literally only a few minutes walk and cheap for a whole day.
