Riad Calypso

J’ai tout apprécié sincèrement. L’accueil et le personnel est top. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. L’emplacement est vraiment pratique (très proche de la médina).

Le personnel, l’emplacement, la propreté de lieux

Good location. Excellent staff and great breakfast

The property was clean and new. The bed was comfortable. The location was 25mins walk or a 10min taxi away from the center. It was in a safe gated neighborhood away from the Medina.

The housekeeper speaks only French and that caused some miscommunications. The AC in the room we were given was not working. After multiple calls with the hosts and people in and out of our room to fix it, Thankfully the smaller room was available so we were asked to use both. The technician came to fix the AC the next day and before we could be back to open the door the hosts unlocked the door which made us a bit awkward. The AC never worked so we shuttled between rooms. I don’t think staying in the small room was worth how much we paid. The rooms could do with a mirror, a communal iron and a space to hang clothes. The top room has only 1 socket. We stayed for 4 days and was no provided with any cleaning or change of toiletries.
