Недавно останавливался в этом отеле и остался очень доволен. Отель очень красивый, современный, уютный и безупречно чистый. Номера комфортные, всё продумано до мелочей для удобства гостей. Особенно понравились вкусные и разнообразные завтраки — каждый день был отличный выбор свежих блюд. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал: сотрудники очень вежливые, внимательные, доброжелательные и всегда готовы помочь. Благодаря их заботе и профессионализму чувствуешь себя как дома. Атмосфера в отеле спокойная и приятная, уровень сервиса действительно высокий. Видно, что руководство уделяет большое внимание качеству обслуживания и комфорту гостей.

The room design is good, the location is near to Boulevard, it was good experience overall. But what I liked the most is the reception service. (Shahen) was so helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. He made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

After our first stay, we enjoyed this hotel so much that we decided to return when we came back to Baku. For us, there is no better proof of a great hotel than choosing to stay there twice during the same trip. The location is outstanding, close to the Caspian Sea, the Boulevard, and many excellent local restaurants and shops. The rooms are comfortable, the facilities are great, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to help guests. We would once again like to thank Yusif and Ali for their kindness and support. They played a huge role in making both of our stays enjoyable and stress-free. Ali, in particular, was always ready to help with transportation, local advice, and recommendations that helped us make the most of our time in Baku. Returning to this hotel felt like coming back to familiar faces. We are very grateful for the hospitality we received and would not hesitate to stay here again on a future visit to Azerbaijan.
