Affordable accommodation, close to public transport, (2 train lines and multiple different buses), nice facilities like water machine available. As well close to a 7 eleven!
Despite range of public transport, it is a bit far from the main attractions. I was spending roughly an hour to get to anywhere.

Washing machine in public space AND another private washing machine in your room. Coffee and ice machine in public area. Free ramen and energy drinks. Microwave and mini fridge in your room. Private toilet was clean. Plenty of space for your clothes, including a 3-tier shelf. 4 clothes hangers. Quiet neighbourhood. The bed felt larger than a regular single bed - feels like a king single. 알바생 was friendly and spoke English. Post-checkout luggage storage is held in a storeroom - away from sight of other visitors and tenants.
