Die Wohnung ist groß und komfortabel, allerdings mit einigen Stufen. Stöbnitz und Mücheln sind eher beschaulich, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Die Lage nahe dem Geiseltalsee ist für Wassersportler, Radfahrer, Spaziergänger ideal. Man erreicht auch die Städte Merseburg, Naumburg, Halle, Freyburg und Weißenfels mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr schnell. Leipzig ist nur ca. 70 km entfernt. Die Wohnung ist mit Spülmaschine und Haartrockner ausgestattet, was in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt ist.
Nur als Anregung: Eine Ablage in der Dusche fehlt.

Unterstellmöglichkeiten für das Fahrrad. Separate Lademöglichkeit im Hof; damit keine Brandgefahr im Gebäude. Kurze Strecke zum Stöbnitzer Strand.
Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Ort; Bäcker, Cafe. Aber dies ist vom Vermieter nicht beeinflussbar.
