O lugar é muito tranquilo, bem próximo da avenida principal que leva a maioria das atrações, limpo e organizado, fica dentro de um condomínio de casas oque transmite segurança. Os ambientes são amplos, bem equipados. Ótimo para família de ate 6 pessoas com total conforto. Garagem coberta na porta, oque facilita manuseio de bagagem. A proprietária é prestativa.
Tivemos um episódio de falta de água que durou algumas horas, que nos frustrou um pouco no último dia, proveniente de baixa pressão vinda da rua, a proprietária veio ao local para tentar nos ajudar da melhor forma que podia, até nos dando opção de ir para outro local, mas optamos por ficar, a água voltou depois de algum tempo. Apesar disso recomendaria sem dúvida.

A casa é excelente, em condominio fechado, segura, ampla e super bem conservada. A anfitriã foi receptiva, educada e nos ajudou no check-in. Recomendo.
