Secluded holiday house Marina, Trogir - 25320

It’s an off the grid house in the middle of olive trees and next to windmills on the hillside. There is always a nice breeze on the hillside, so very liveable even in the warmest summer. Very calm, no neighbours or anybody within hearing distance, perfect for a good night sleep and for people who are sensitive to noises in jammed appartment houses. It’s really just you and the cicadas. Also well equipped, almost as a normal apartment. Electricity is from solar panels and battery at night, but still enough to use the air conditioning throughout the whole night. Tomatoes and other plants are growing in the garten, so you can have real organic vegetables.The sea and cities well within reach.Trogir is 30 mins via car. Host is very friendly.

Water is coming from a water tank and also warmed on the roof, so a little bit less comfortable than normal mains water in terms of that its not drinkable and the pressure is lower. Still you can have a good shower, wash the dishes and teeth with it.
