Late check-in w/ keyless entry went well. Unit was easy to find in a neighborhood even at night Private entrance included cute garden made for nice mroning coffee. Room was brand new and super comfy.
Overall a great stay...Will look to stay again...proprietor is friendly...maybe tight for 2

Private place with kitchenette and washer/dryer plus own bathroom. Very clean-appearing space.
Bed is hard as a rock. Found some spiders inside and ants. Also claimed there was “always street parking available” but was very difficult to find close parking at night and she insanely charges to use her driveway. Was locked out at 1am bc owner “forgot” the door code auto-changed, almost had to sleep in my car bc she was not answering for over an hour.
