- ruhige Lage und trotzdem ist man nach einem kurzen Spaziergang entlang der Strandpromenade schnell im Ortskern mit zahlreichen Restaurants und dem Hafen, von wo aus man direkt mit dem Schiff zu verschiedenen Zielen starten kann
- Strand direkt vor der Haustür
- Parkplatz auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück (ist viel wert, denn es herrscht vor allem am Wochenende Parkplatzmangel)
- die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt
- man hat viel Platz und fühlt sich direkt wohl (hübsche maritime Dekoration überall)
- die Übernahme/Rückgabe des Schlüssel klappte problemlos und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermietungsbüro war tadellos, einfach und schnell über Mail bzw. WhatsApp
