La surface du terrain (1 ha?) et le fait qu'il soit clôturé. L'abondance de fruits (mirabelles et prunes) à disposition sur la propriété ^^ Les équipements (disponibilité d'un barbecue & ses ustensiles). Le calme absolu et l'absence de voisins. La grand nombre de verres & vaisselle (pas toujours le cas dans les locations). La propreté des lieux. La disponibilité / réactivité du loueur (par WhatsApp)
La maison n'est pas toute jeune mais cette information était bien appréhendée.

La maison en elle-même était très agréable avec un magnifique jardin auquel on aurait pu apprécier encore plus de jours, mais la faute à la pluie
