The location is excellent—very convenient and close to everything we needed. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained.
Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the property. We requested housekeeping, but our room was never cleaned. We ended up using the same towels and bed sheets for two nights, which was quite frustrating and disappointing.
The breakfast was another letdown. While it was decent, it definitely wasn't worth the price charged.
I'd still recommend this hotel for its location and facilities, but I hope the management improves housekeeping responsiveness and offers better value for breakfast.
