Vienintelis dalykas tai vieta. Laisvai pėsčiomis pasiekiamas senamiestis, centras. Daugiabučio kieme galima surasti vietą automobiliui.
Butui reikalingas kapitalinis remontas. Pirmos buto durys, tarsi įėjimas į landynę. Atidarant kambario duris, skleidžia garsą ir taip trukdo kaimynų poilsį. Sunkiai užsidaro. Vonios kambariui tikrai reikalingas remontas. Ant tiek kambarių vieno vonios kambario sunkiai užtenka. Dušas užsikemša, reikalauja priežiūros. Labai didelėse pagalvės, netinkamos miegojimui. Kambarys turėjo nemalonų kvapą. Grindys, tarsi neplautos.
