Wembley Stadium Premium 1 Bed Flat

Perfect for what we needed. I have a 8month old baby who I can’t leave for long so I could leave my mum in the room whilst I enjoyed my concert at Wembley stadium. She could use the lovely garden to entertain my baby and prep his food for his dinner and give him a bath with us only 10 minutes away. Perfect

After a long journey to get there, I really didn’t appreciate having to sit on the doorstep for 40 minutes in intense heat! Code that was sent to me was not for the front door, obvious thing was to call host but they did not answer my calls… several calls, text messages, emails, my daughter was panicking saying where are we going to sleep etc! The only reason we got in property was because another group that were staying had a code that worked… they also booked through booking.com same process but then host sent me a message to say I had to send photographic ID to them before code given, this didn’t apply to other group by the way & I have never had to do this before with any bookings, paid in full upfront & sent code so unsure what the problem was. Got in eventually but first impression was a disgrace & a disappointment, never experienced stress & anxiety & the fact that they couldn’t answer phone leaving us high & dry was something that just spoilt the whole experience. You absolutely assume excellent customer service when paying this amount for 1 night. This experience unfortunately flawed our stay!
