Very clean facilities and staff were very accommodating providing a refrigerator in our room. Great view of the harbour from the balcony.
Reception is not manned however they are attentive from the ice cream parlour next door if you are waiting.
Very close to Fort and Belingur island ferry within walking distance.
Hotel signage says “Residencia” not Nobu so after driving past several times I phoned them as the ice cream parlour says Nobu on it .
There is No Spa! I was looking forward to using the Spa facilities but there isn’t any hence I feel it was misleading advertising it. Whilst room comfortable, I would not describe it as luxurious as basic facilities, and no special bathroom items.
Parking is on a wasteland nearby at the rear of restaurants and shops. Street noise from cars is constant and on our 2nd night (Saturday )a walking band was still playing at 0330 and sitting on the wall directly opposite the apartment. Hard to sleep as door isn’t very soundproofed. TV picture was fuzzy to watch with wires protruding from every side.
More attention to detail of this property would heighten one’s experience of it.
