I loved that is was close to everything I needed to be around. Also love that it felt like home and was very comfortable. The beach was right around the corner.
There wasn't really anything the I disliked about the place or location.

It was the perfect size for one person. The private bathroom with a bathtub and handheld showerhead were appreciated. Also loved that there was a security system so i knew it was safe. The windows are in right areas for the cross breeze so the need for the air conditioner was not needed most of the time.
It was difficult to plug in the microwave and there werent even electrical outlets but everything else was good.
