Friendly staff, fantastic location for the university and town centre, room airy and bright, self catering facilities excellent.

Location, basic clean cozy rooms, great staff and amazing location, close to university and main food street.

Check in and check out instructions were not complete and accurate, had to wait outside the building until someone staying at the property let me in, the property could only be accessed through the card key which handed after I managed to get inside the building to the reception desk.There was no way to contact the host immediately only had to notify them about my arrival through an email. Guests were requested to dispose off the trash themselves before checking out however where the bins are located were not clearly mentioned.
