Enjoyed a wonderful stay at this cozy, clean, and well-maintained property. The location is excellent, and it offers great value for money. The cold drinking water dispenser was nice to have as well! The owners were incredibly warm, friendly, and hospitable. Special shoutout to Shivam, who managed everything with exceptional professionalism and efficiency. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond with helpful recommendations that made my stay better. His excellent service and genuine hospitality are a real asset to the property. Good location, just a 2 minute walk from Assi Ghat, so you're close to everything but away from the noise and crowd of the busier ghats. Room and bathroom were neat and clean throughout our stay. They have a 20 litre filtered water bottle set up on a cooling machine, so chilled filtered water was always available, free and unlimited refills, which was great given the heat. Peaceful atmosphere overall. The owner usually runs the place herself, but she was away on the Amarnath Yatra during our stay, so Shivam, the young receptionist, was handling everything on his own. He did a great job, polite, friendly, and always ready to help. He's studying alongside working here and manages both well. I asked for a bill and even with everything else going on, he remembered and personally brought the printed copy to our room. Small thing, but it says a lot about him.

Their in-house restaurant wasn't up and running yet during our stay, so we had to depend on outside food options, which was a bit inconvenient. Would be great if they got that sorted, as it would make the place even more convenient for guests who don't want to step out for every meal. Also, the alleyway leading up to the property, where a couple of other hotels are located as well, has some black sewage water and mud near the entrance. Not the hotel's fault at all, more of a civic or government issue, but worth mentioning for other guests to be prepared.

The property is neat and clean. Well designed and very good ambiance. The property is taken care by very friendly woman. Who takes care of all the necessary things. Well done 👦
