The price was the maximum they can ask for this place. It has a working kitchen.
Dont be afraid of the dogs, although there are like 5 of them, they are very quiet.
The staff id helpful and quiet.
The house is at the back pf the "garden", and in the dark. It was a bit hard to find. The garden is full of dirty stuff, but the pictures are very accurate.
