O local é de excelente localização, uma quadra da praia. Rua tranquila por ser no Leme e ótimo restaurante na vizinhança.

Location. I love that neighborhood and wish there were more options in Leme. Also appreciated the electronic lock and the comfortable beds, as well as the newer ac in the smaller bedroom
A few things could have been better. The tv in the living room turns on but doesn’t seem to work. The one in the bedroom seems to be for decorative purposes… The ac in the main bedroom is very noisy. Also, there are termites in the piece of furniture in the bedroom—my suggestion is to get rid of it altogether, since it serves no purpose and gets in the way. The fridge leaks and there isn’t even a rag for us to mop up. There’s a washer but it doesn’t work, so it’s just in the way of the thing used to hang up clothes. There could be more than one dish towel available, as well as a broom—some guests may want to clean up a bit during their stay. The windows could use a good cleaning.
