Central one new apartments - panoramic skyline & boulevard

apartment was clean and decent

when we arrived, we already told them that we will check in around 3:00-4:00am but after one hour of struggle, we found the guy with keys, it was nightmare

Размещение, комфортное заселение, чистота

I had a very lovely experience at this hotel apartment. The facilities provided were to an excellent standard with clean rooms and kind staff members. They kept our luggage even after the checkout as we had a late flight. It was a perfect location right in the heart of the city with restaurants and cafes to spend time with family and friends.

Nothing

Great location, and the in‑room facilities are relatively new.

There is barely any hotel service available. Housekeeping is only offered during fixed hours, and no cleaning service will be provided if you miss the time window. On three separate occasions, housekeeping staff entered the room directly by entering the passcode, even when the door was dead‑bolted. After I exclaimed in surprise upon noticing them, the staff simply shut the door without any communication or apology. Towels were not sent off‑site for professional cleaning and disinfection. Instead, they were washed in the in‑room washing machine, and I even had to hang them out to dry and bring them back inside myself. Toilet paper was not replenished in a timely manner. I had to buy some from a supermarket, and one roll of toilet paper was even stolen during my stay.
