Tooting Broadway Studios, 5mins to Station

I stayed here for 16 days, and my experience actually got better and better every day. I notice this property has some polarized reviews, and after arriving, I completely understand why. Hopefully, my objective feedback can help future guests manage their expectations. Why it's a hidden gem inside: Once you step inside your private studio, it is a completely different world. The room is very spacious, clean, and everything feels brand new. Having a fully functional kitchen with a proper fridge and a private washing machine provided so much freedom and comfort for my 2-week stay. It gives you the full convenience of a home away from home. (Note: I usually travel with my own toiletries and disposable cutlery, so I had a perfectly hassle-free experience). Location & Convenience: The location is unbeatable. A bus stop is right outside the door with direct routes to major spots in South London, and the Tooting Broadway tube station is just a 5-minute walk away. The area is packed with supermarkets and fantastic restaurants. Verdict: I got a great promotional rate when they newly listed, and the value for money was incredible. It’s perfect for independent travellers / couples or long-term stays. Would definitely stay again!If you can look past the humble entrance and prefer independence and home-like facilities over hotel services, this place is highly recommended!

The Entrance & First Impression (What to expect): To access the studios, you need to go around the high street into a shared rear courtyard. The door is next to an outdoor metal staircase.The yard is shared with local residents and a neighboring fish shop, so it looks quite basic, gritty, and has a local high-street vibe. If you are expecting a decent hotel lobby, your first impression might be negative. Soundproofing: Like many converted properties in London, the walls aren't perfectly soundproof, but it didn't bother my stay.

Great Location, had everything I needed for a weekend

Entrance was a bit odd, loads of flies and rubbish. No air con either so got very hot even in mild heat.

Stanza molto carina e secondo me con la giusta cura diventa un bel posto in cui soggiornare.

Pulizia e asciugamani inesistenti e proprietari inesistenti. La stanza si trova sopra una pescheria, quindi bisogna fare i conti con i suoi odori ogni volta che si transita da lì.
