The location. All that you would need if you were working away from home. i don’t remember a TV
The location on Google maps is wrong. it took 30 minutes to find it. it was actually better located than the pin indicated. I could not find the car park.

Comfy bed
No hot water during the evening. Window didn’t shut properly. Car parking could possibly be an issue. I think I was lucky not to get a ticket overnight.
