La struttura è molto pulita e moderna, ristrutturata da poco e presenta tutti i comfort per una famiglia. La posizione è strategica, vicino la stazione metropolitana di Torrione e servita da bus. La zona giorno si affaccia sul lungomare di Torrione.

Excellent. The accommodation was great. I was surprised the quality of the accommodation. Everything is new in the apartment including furniture and appliances The apartment has everything you need for a long or short stay, even in the kitchen. The bedroom has a very cosy bed. The view from the windows is spectacular at each moment of the day. The parking on the street is free of charge, in all the area surrounding the building, but you have to be patient to find a spot. It was not difficult to find one, even if not every time I found just near the building. The entrance in the building is secured by key, so I felt very safe, even if I returned after 10 p.m. Even if the city center is at a 40-45 min walk (or very easy by bus), the road is near the sea, so it is a great way to explore the area and to see also the sea. The neighborhood is very peaceful, nice people, a real Italian immersion in their culture. On both sides of the building....there is a main street with many clothing stores, coffee shops and many stores with specialities. Near the entrance of the building there is a market with everything you need and also supermarkets in the area. Also there is an artisanal ice-cream shop (Gelateria La Carnale)...that is delicious and at a cheaper price than in the city center. The host was very helpful for each question I had. We communicated very easily through chat.
