LIVN Millennium Park Downtown Chicago Prem Studio

Very clean, close to all necessary location, bed was so comfortable with cotton sheets and comforter cover that most hotels do not have.

To find a parking lot was a real challenge, took 2 hours!!

The studio was large and beautiful. The location was outstanding. The property contact, Jesse, via phone was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Everything about the property was great. I didn’t seem to receive a communication about the entrance codes and checking in which should have come through booking.com. So I called the property directly and spoke with Jesse who was extremely helpful, accommodating, and texted me the information I needed.

The furnishings and amenities in our unit were in good condition and stylish; the kitchen was stocked with high quality utensils and kitchen tools. Supplies such as detergent, garbage bags, and the like were also provided. The personal care items (shampoo/conditioner; body wash) are fantastic; looking for it to purchaise for home. Especially appreciated was the kettle IN ADDITION to the coffee maker; there is nothing worse than having to use a coffee machine to brew a cup of tea. Harney & Sons tea is a lovely touch too. The unit had a great view and light in both living spaces; bedroom and sitting room. we had an issue with the computer keypad on the door and it was fixed right away. Management was very accommodating with our fluctuating schedule and provided a personalized experience, which was a pleasant surprise, considering the business leans toward a contactless and automated model without a lobby at the property; which we prefer. We will choose LIVN for our travel accommodations whenever possible!
