Appartement tres propre et confortable. Bien équipé il ne manquait rien. Très calme et bien situé . Le plus exceptionnel est la vue sur mer 🤩 Communication facile avec la conciergerie, Clémence est à l’écoute et tres professionnelle.

Peut être revoir la décoration et les toilettes un peu vétuste .

The beautiful view is everything in this apartment. Clemence was a good manager, friendly, accommodating and easy to get in touch with. The bathroom is great with a walk-in shower and lots of storage. Hot water came quickly, even in the sink in the toilet closet. The desk and comfy desk chair are a welcome addition. And, having a washing machine that dries as well was much appreciated during our 3 week stay. The apartment is large with 2 bedrooms and with windows on two sides overlooking the town and the ocean, even from the kitchen, and was very comfortable. Its location is perfect for walking around town and the waterfront and to the market.

While the location and view are wonderful, the older apartment is in need of some TLC, if not renovation. The toilet closet especially is in dire need of being redone. And, it would be better to have a real dining table instead of an outdoor picnic table with benches. Clemence did give us 2 chairs which helped immensely. With some new furniture and updating it would be a really fantastic place worth the cost.

Vue époustouflante de toutes les pièces, décoration très personnelle, on se croirait chez des amis ou la famille ! Balcon , chaises et tables pour profiter de la vue.

Nous avons passé une seule nuit ,la vue sur la mer est superbe ,l emplacemnt proche de restaurants et centre ville .Appartement spacieux,beaucoup de livres et de jeux à disposition .cuisine bien équipée aussi bien en vaisselle ,qu'en café ,thé , agréable à l arrivée . Clémence a été chaleureuse et disponible .
