The apartment is located in a new, modern building and is exceptionally clean. All the appliances are of good quality, and the apartment is very well maintained and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
We did not experience any of the issues mentioned in some of the previous reviews. In our experience, this is one of the best apartments we have rented through such platforms in more than 10 years, since we started choosing private apartments and homes for our holidays.
If we return to St. Constantine and Helena, “Modern Flat with Parking spot” will definitely be our first choice. We highly recommend it.
It might have been better if the building had an elevator, but considering that there are only three floors to climb, this was not a real issue for us.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, ganz nah zu allen wichtigen Zielen (Strand, Supermarkt, Bushaltestelle, Dentaprime-Klinik). Bequemes Bett, großer Kühlschrank haben uns so fühlen lassen wie zu Hause.
