Africa Luxury Apartments at The Silicon Square, Accra, Ghana

Clean

The site stated one-way van pick - it did not say only from the airport to the hotel. We paid for an Uber from the airport to the hotel. When arriving at the hotel I scheduled a ride to the airport for the next morning. I asked what time and I would be notified. Then later i was told the free service was only from the airport to the hotel, which was not explained on the site. I showed the attendant the site and was told "sorry!" We ended up paying from the airport and returning to the airport. The staff was very reluctant to even attempt to solve this issue. Poor customer service. 2 people on the reservation for "included breakfast" only one was included, False advertising! Towels and amenities for 1 person

The staff are good at what they do. They are very helpful. The accommodation was comfortable and I enjoyed the time I spent there.

The bathroom door in one of the bathrooms was not closing. The WiFi was also not connecting overnight.

The room was very clean and the workers were very professional and friendly during my stay. Just to mention. The driver Mr. Edwin, Ohemaa, Grace & Julian were very helpful.

The location is in a multilevel building with no lift/ elevator. This should be noted in advance for people with mobility issues and who cannot climb 3 levels of stairs with luggage. There was a dead mouse at the very front of the entrance door, which was very off-putting. We arrived late so in the evening and needed somewhere to stay. Upon entering, the stairs had a wet moldy smell on the stairs. I brought my concerns to the gentleman who checked us in and requested a change of facilities in the morning. I have stayed at various locations with Accra Luxury in the past (including The Gallary and Loxwood Homes) several times, so I was expecting that level of cleanliness and comfort of the facility.
