Liked that there was a fridge and microwave in our room and an onsite onsen. Although sad that the women's onsen doesn't have a cold plunge or sauna like the men's. Provided pajamas, onsen towels and disposable slippers were good additions. Breakfast was ok.Thanks for a lovely stay.

I had a wonderful stay at HOTEL R9 Premium Kawamataekimae! The room, bathroom, and bedding were exceptionally clean, and the environment was wonderfully quiet and relaxing. The hotel provides thoughtful amenities such as coffee, tea, towels, small towels, comfortable pajamas, and complimentary toiletries available in the lobby. The vending machines and affordable restaurant were also very convenient. Most of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always welcoming guests with genuine smiles and warm greetings. Highly recommended!
