About this house rental
Beaver Dome in nature & at Beaver Lake is a unique round house! The location allows its guests access to all of NW Arkansas, with immediate access to Hobbs State Park, Rocky Branch Marina, bike trails and scenic by-ways. The cove below the home borders the park.
The dome home sleeps 4 with a downstairs bedroom and a large loft above the living areas.
Well-equipped kitchen, large covered porch, plus yoga and hammock balcony overlooking Beaver Lake.
Air conditioned comfort in the mountains.
The space
For your enjoyment, the dome has outdoor seating, a portable fire pit, charcoal grill-smoker, a kitchen equipped for all types of cooking, providing coffee supplies, paper products, all needed utensils, stove with oven, microwave, toaster and blender. There are two queen beds and one futon couch for sleeping, providing all linens and towels.
A (Roku) t.v. , DVD player & games for entertainment, plus a hammock, two sets of outdoor table and chairs and enough space for yoga on upper balcony.
Nature abounds! Expect occasional deer & fox and lots of lake birds..all in whispering pines.
Guest access
Arrive at the Beaver Dome and park just off the porch (plenty of space for two cars). A lockbox is on the back door and a code will be provided. The house is 3 steps off the ground, with a loft accessible by a spiral stairway. The road is paved and it will soon dead-end, so, don't miss the dome or you will find a steep hill to a cul-de-sac.
Other things to note
The upper balcony is only accessible from the outside stairway, but is nice for an elevated lake view for your morning coffee (table, chairs and a hammock on a stand are there). The covered porch has outdoor table, four chairs and a counter space if you like serving dinner outdoors.
We provide paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, some storage bags, trash bags, coffee supplies, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, cinnamon and a few more spices. There are blinds on all windows, plus there is a whole house fan with remote, plus a mini-split air conditioner keeping the whole house comfy.
A drive-way along the front of the property serves for an RV site on the next property and must be left open for access by the motor home that we own.
We sometimes need access along that front of the dome for parking our pontoon boat, which is stored in the rear of the 1/2 acre property. Please also leave a lane open along-side of the home for vehicles to get to the rear garage. (seldom needed access).
