Welcome to your stylish and cozy retreat, just blocks from Abbot Kinney and the beach! This unique home blends Venice’s vibrant energy with a peaceful escape, all within walking or biking distance to top restaurants, boutique shops, and renowned art galleries.

Teach your kids where eggs come from! We have chickens! 1–3 fresh eggs every day!
Perfect for families and animal lovers, this charming farm-style home lets kids learn about farm life, interact with our friendly chickens, and collect fresh eggs daily. Dogs are welcome too, so your whole family can enjoy the farm experience!
The property is packed with indoor/outdoor amenities to help you relax and unwind: enjoy a sauna, fire pit, outdoor shower and tub, a spacious yard, and a lush garden. There’s even a chicken coop, homegrown fruits and veggies, and a cozy camper for extra space or just to enjoy the unique Venice vibe. Perfect for families and pets, the entire yard is fully fenced, providing a safe and private space for kids and dogs. Plus, the outdoor BBQ dinner deck and twinkling string lights create the perfect setting for enjoying dinner al fresco on mild LA evenings.
If you're here to work, the house is equipped with fast, reliable WiFi that extends to the yard, making it easy to stay productive. The property also features a dedicated workspace in a trailer in the yard, which doubles as a third bedroom with a Queen bed, located outside in the RV. Inside, you'll find 1.5 bathrooms, two bedrooms each with a King bed, a washer/dryer, Roku TV, a Sonos sound system, and a fully stocked kitchen.
For families, we’ve thought of everything to make your stay easy and enjoyable. We provide a crib, pack ‘n play, high chair, toys, and books—so you can travel light. There’s also a playground and dog park just two blocks away.
Take a quick walk to Abbot Kinney, GQ’s "Coolest Block in America," or hop on one of our bikes or grab a surfboard for a day at the beach. You’re also just minutes from charming local coffee shops, perfect for a work break or a relaxing morning.
