Everything was clean, new, and fresh. Excellent communication with host. Pool and hot tub so refreshing after a very long drive. The pool has a very shallow end for littles, a deeper middle section, and at the far end there is under water seating and a "counter" pool side for eating! Very comfortable lounge chairs and patio seating plus a grill. Amenities were supplied in abundance, paper products, laundry supplies, dishwashing supplies, soap, shampoo and conditioner, etc. Never has any other VRBO host been so generous with such items. After reading other reviews I knew to expect the beds are situated a little higher but I used the step stairs provided! I also knew it was a shared back yard, where the patio, pool, and hot tub are. It is listed as an apartment and the host said only the guests use the back yard. It was way more private than any of the condos with the same backyard/patio situation. Off street parking in a very nice neighborhood made us feel safe. My kids wanted to add that Disney was their favorite thing. I can't think of a single thing to add to my con list. Highly reccomend.

This rental was much better than expected and honestly I would love to keep it a secret. The neighborhood is beautiful with huge homes and lots including this one. The entire property surprised us with how big it was, small touches of thoughtfulness and an amazing backyard! The rooms are huge, beds so comfortable, bathrooms with nice big showers and plenty of space. The living room and kitchen are kinda small for everyone but the outdoor space makes up for it which is actually where you want to be. There is a game closet with lots of games, a space to work if needed but there was not a chair yet. They made sure to provide shampoo and conditioner, spices, blankets for the couch, pool towels, floaties, and much more. We will definitely return.

We had a great stay at Larry's place. The place was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The bedrooms are very large, which very comfortable king-sized beds.The backyard area is shared, but very nice and relaxing. The pool was super clean and refreshing!
