The 303 in the Desert - whole house rental

My family and I found this hidden place that I honestly don’t want to tell anybody about it so is available for us when we would need it:) But it’s fair we share our experience at the 303 so here it is. I agree with all the others reviews! Super clean! I normally disinfect everything at arrival but I didn’t see the need to do it since I felt it so clean. Super comfortable! Their full size bed was very comfortable, better than hotels for sure. No noise whatsoever! We had a very good night sleep. We felt very secure! AC was working excellent for Arizona summer! The host was super nice! She even allowed me to have an extra guest last minute and we are really grateful for that.

Peaceful, quiet when needed. Very clean and comfortable.

There was nothing I didn’t like .

Property was easy to find (even at night) and host gave us thorough, yet easy to follow, check-in instructions, which was much appreciated after a long drive and a kiddo who just wanted to get inside. Host was extremely communicative and answered/replied to all of my questions very quickly. Home was exactly as described, maybe even a little better in person than in the pics. Host left little touches, like snacks, which our son immediately found upon entry lol and fresh flowers. The WiFi was great and while the location is rural/remote (which we enjoy), there is a shopping center 10 min away, with just about every store you could need. Both TVs worked perfectly, along with the coffee maker, which had both the individual cup or full pot options. All in all, we were completely satisfied and didn’t want/need anything during our stay. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next visit.

The only thing we didn’t like was not being able to stay longer!
