Buona posizione, personale gentilissimo. Doppia TV, anche se piccole.
Piccoli difetti che possono essere corretti come: la maniglia della porta principale non funziona, si deve usare la chiave; la porta del bagno striscia a terra e per aprirla e chiuderla ci vuole forza; la presenza di formiche nell'area lavatrice che entrano in cucina.
