Fantastic views, close to the bowling club and local cafe and the greenwell point Jetty. Very comfortable rooms with entertainment including board games. Great value for money. Was clean and tidy Nil complaints.
Heater of sorts would be nice, there is a fire pit outside and fans in the bedrooms but no heaters however I was warm in the bed underneath all the blankets.

Lovely view of the river and great location. Firepit was great.
We stayed in winter and would have been great to have more blankets and/or heating in the bedrooms

The location across from water is lovely. Kitchen supplies with oil and spices.
It was freezing. There’s no heating (or a/c for summer). No extra blankets either unfortunately. No WiFi, no dishwasher!!
