The location was good. The view from the unit was great. Parking was good.
The closeness to Flippers restaurant was a mixed blessing. We were right above all the refrigeration equipment so the noise on the balcony was quite irritating. The people in the unit below were smoking on the balcony. The shower head needs to be replaced. The elevators need some help. Stains on the carpet and furniture.
