Pretty much everything! The place was immaculately presented and really well equipped. Nice artistic flair, good quality products, comfortable beds (note I only downgraded the comfort because of the people above, not because of the bed or couch) great location, brilliant communication, a car park nearby in a secure location. Just fantastic and would have been a 10 out of 10 except for the one thing we didn't like.

The one and only thing wrong with this place, and it's potentially out of the owners control, was the crazy annoying people above us. They kept us awake every night stomping around, sliding furniture, doing who knows what.

Très bien placé, proche des rues à tapas (Laurel, San Augustin,...). Mais en plus, il y a beaucoup de bars et restaurants dans le quartier. Sans oublié des magasins et petits super marchés. L'appartement est agréable et calme, pratique, bien équipé. Il y a un parking souterrain un peu plus loin compris dans le prix. Et l'appartement dispose d'une climatisation.

Ne pas pouvoir rester plus longtemps !

Acondicionamiento y calidades del alojamiento. Ubicación cercana del casco (8 min andando de la calle Laurel) sin sufrir el ruido y alboroto de las zonas céntricas. Trato con Irene.

Nada, fue todo perfecto

Todo perfecto! La anfitriona un 10 y el apartamento muy bien, la limpieza, los detalles, todo genial y el parking gratis a 5 min del apartamento andando, no se puede pedir más. Súper recomendable!!!
