The fact that it was on the perimeter and had a lovely view over the fields. The trains didn’t bother us one bit and it was amusing to watch the dog’s reaction as they went past.
No kitchen roll but that’s a very minor point. Beautiful property, very comfortable and clean.

It was very spacious, dog friendly, on site at haven with a shop, arcades, takeaways, and fun things to do the beds were very comfy and the sofas very nice and comfortable, there's a fridge freezer and lots of kitchen appliances and there are plenty of fans and an air conditioning fan
Ants, ants everywhere in the caravan, not great when our dog is a grazer and so we leave her food down, but the ants were around before leaving her food down.

Very comfortable and clean and great value for a family
Quite tricky to locate the caravan at night when we arrived late and woke very very early due to the train noise on the track behind
