The size of the house and the clear communication with the host. TVs in each room, PlayStation, washing machine, coffee machine. Good facilities overall.
We were a group of 9 people, and we had 3 couples with us. Some of us in the group did not like that some rooms didn't have separate entries. You had to go through one room to reach the next one. Also, some of the doors were a bit noisy so if you wake up at night, you'll need to be very careful not to wake up the others. The size of the house is good, but some people might not like the layout.
